New iPhones and Apple watches were announced at a press event this month, next month we’ll learn about the new MacBook Pro, a bunch of other new Macs, as well as some new iPads.
According to a recent report, Apple suppliers are gearing up for the launch of new MacBook Pros and other devices.
Suppliers are gearing up for shipments of Apple’s next MacBook Pro series, while shipments of existing MacBook Pro models are slowing, according to industry sources. Sources noted the same trend for AirPods Pro.
Apple is the only computer brand expected to grow in the second half of 2022; however, the slowdowns also show that even Apple is not impervious to fears of inflation and recession.
AirPods Pro has performed similarly to the rest of the market in 2022, down around 10% with no noticeable growth. Shipments of new MacBooks are expected to be offset by slower shipments of older models, which are expected to be roughly the same as in 2021 or up slightly. It was observed that Apple is doing significantly better than other brands.
We also expect to see several new iMac models and several other new Macs, and Apple should also unveil its latest iPads at the October event.
